From company application to repeat request

Know what happens next.

Create your business account, obtain company approval and submit a procurement list. USGulfTrade staff review the request before issuing a quotation for your decision.

The buying sequence

  1. Apply as a company

Verify your work email. Provide the legal company name, destination market, purchasing contact, trade-license details and a PDF copy for review. You can follow the application and respond to requests for changes.

  2. Build a procurement list

After approval, review permitted products and protected prices. Enter case quantities and destination details. The portal checks the configured value and volume requirements before accepting the request.

  3. Review the quotation

Staff review the sourcing, destination and freight details. Your quotation records its product quantities, charges, deposit, commercial terms and expiry. An updated quotation replaces the previous issued version.

  4. Accept and arrange payment

Accept the current quotation in the portal. Follow the issued bank instructions and upload payment evidence when available. Finance separately verifies the amount received; uploading a receipt does not mark an order as paid.

  5. Follow sourcing and shipping

Once the required deposit is verified, staff coordinate sourcing, consolidation and dispatch. The portal records progress and makes the associated shipping documents available to authorized company users.

  6. Request again with current information

Use a previous list to start a new request. Review current availability, pricing, quantities and eligibility before submitting; an earlier quotation does not fix the price of a future order.

Commercial process

USGulfTrade uses reviewed quotations and bank-transfer reconciliation. Confirm the current quotation’s quantities, charges, deposit, delivery terms and expiry before accepting it.
