Commercial decisions with a clear record
The quotation carries the terms.
USGulfTrade uses reviewed quotations and bank-transfer reconciliation. Confirm the current quotation’s quantities, charges, deposit, delivery terms and expiry before accepting it.
Before you accept
Product and quantity
Check each product, pack size and case quantity. Catalog prices are planning inputs; your issued quotation records the agreed commercial offer.
Included charges
Read the goods, sourcing and freight charges together. Check which destination charges, duties or services are included or excluded. Do not assume a quoted amount covers every landed cost.
Validity and revisions
A quotation has an expiry and revision. Accept only the current issued version while it is valid. Changed availability or scope may require a new quotation.
Payment schedule
Review the deposit, balance and payment instructions. Transfer money only after checking the issued documents and the account details through your established business contact.
Payment evidence and cleared funds are different
A receipt documents a transfer you report. Finance reviews actual bank receipts separately, records the reconciled amount and identifies any remaining balance. Procurement proceeds according to the required deposit and accepted terms.
- Keep the transfer reference and bank receipt with the order.
- Partial payments can leave an amount outstanding.
- Late, excess or disputed payments need a recorded commercial review.
- Refunds or changes after procurement require review; do not assume an automatic refund.
Before dispatch
The agreed delivery terms define the allocation of shipping costs and responsibilities. Confirm the destination, document requirements and any buyer or appointed-agent obligations in the quotation and shipment records.
Destination review
Product requirements can differ by destination and shipment. Documentation and product suitability need review before commitment; this website does not grant regulatory approval.
Shipment visibility
The portal displays recorded fulfillment updates, shipment references and available documents. A recorded estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Receiving the goods
Arrange the required receiving and clearance steps for your agreed terms. Keep the commercial and shipping documents available to the people handling delivery.
